AN INTERIM Antisocial Behaviour Order has been granted against a Musselburgh man who allegedly used abusive language and disturbed others with late-night noise.
Edinburgh Sheriff Court was presented with details of the alleged antisocial behaviour of Richard Marshall, 36, which included claims of abusive and inappropriate language towards members of the public and excessive noise and disturbance late at night and in the early hours of the morning.
The terms of the interim ASBO prohibit Mr Marshall from approaching or entering North Lorimer Place in Port Seton, following a number of alleged anti-social incidents involving Mr Marshall on that street.
A spokesman for East Lothian Council, which applied for the order, said: “This is a slightly unusual and very specific order which was applied for following Mr Marshall’s continued actions in and around a street in Port Seton. The terms of the interim ASBO prohibit him from approaching or attempting to enter North Lorimer Place.”
