FIRE-FIGHTERS were called to deal with another fire-raising incident in Musselburgh's Fisherrow area last night - just days after a string of attacks.
A van in Cairds Row was set alight shortly before midnight with the flames spreading to a neighbouring car causing damage to it as well.
The incident comes after fire crews and police spent several hours dealing with incidents in the area on Sunday night when a flat was set on fire, a fishing boat destroyed, another boat damaged and six cars and a van set alight.
A spokesperson for Scottish Fire and Rescue Services said: "We were called out to Cairds Row in Musselburgh shortly before midnight after reports of a van alight.
"The crew, from the town, used two high-pressure hose reels and breathing apparatus to tackle the blaze at about 11.55pm.
"No-one was injured in the incident."
