Graham appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court
A HADDINGTON woman has been ordered to pay a man compensation after she shouted racial remarks towards him.
Nikola Graham, of Glebe Terrace, was due to stand trial at Edinburgh Sheriff Court last Wednesday after initially denying the allegation.
But moments before the trial was due to commence, the 39-year-old changed her plea to guilty.
She admitted behaving in a threatening or abusive manner by shouting, swearing and uttering racial remarks towards Stanislaw Deptula during an incident in Prestonpans on January 11.
Graham was sentenced to pay a total of £50 compensation to Mr Deptula.
