A SPECIAL parade will be held in Dunbar next Saturday (June 28) to mark the efforts of armed services men and women.
The parade, on the town’s High Street from Abbeylands Church, will start at 11am and will be led by Loretto School’s Pipe and Drums Band.
Veterans from Dunbar, North Berwick and Prestonpans are also expected to attend with a Show Your Support Armed Forces Day flag on display.
Twenty-six shop windows will also be displaying veterans’ memorabilia and Armed Forces Day flags will be placed at every war grave at Dunbar Parish Church.
