Harbour to undergo multi-million-pound makeover

A MULTI-million-pound redevelopment of Dunbar harbour is progressing "to plan" - and has been supported by a council grant worth nearly £250,000.

Dunbar Harbour Trust is leading proposals to redevelop the town's harbour area - including work to erect a breakwater at its entrance.

A consultative panel, comprising representatives of groups who use the harbour, has been set up to work with the trust and raise issues which affect every day harbour users.
