A DUNBAR pensioner has denied sexually assaulting a teenage girl while they were both travelling on a bus.
Alistair Miller is alleged to have attacked the girl on the bus at various points between Market Street, Haddington, and High Street, Dunbar.
It is alleged Miller, 68, repeatedly touched the girl on her body over her clothing on December 14 last year.
Miller appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court where he pleaded not guilty to the allegations.
A trial will be held this month.
