Police have arrested and charged a 13-year-old boy with the thefts
A THIRTEEN-YEAR-OLD boy has been charged with a number of thefts of bicycles and the theft of alcohol from a shop in Dunbar.
Police Scotland confirmed following recent enquiries that officers had traced the teenager, who will now be reported for the offences.
