TALKS over a potential housing development in Pencaitland take place today (Thursday).
Gladman Developments Limited hosts a public exhibition on the scheme for the land at Lempockwells Road, to the south of the village, in the Carriage House.
The event runs from 2pm to 8pm and should outline the number of houses planned for the 16-acre site.
If the site is deemed suitable, a planning application in principle would go forward to the local authority.
