A NEW initiative connecting the outlying villages with Dunbar has been launched.
East Lothian Council is working in partnership with Eve Coaches to create the on-demand, accessible bus service for a trial period in the Dunbar area.
The service uses a 17-seater, wheelchair-accessible coach to provide a bookable weekday service from Oldhamstocks, Dunglass, Bilsdean, Innerwick, Thorntonloch, Skateraw and Broxburn, connecting to Dunbar’s Spott Road for ongoing bus services, as well as the town’s railway station and medical centre.
Passengers must pre-book by using the East L Go app available on Apple and Android phones or by phoning Eve’s office on 01368 865 500.
