A SUNRISE pilgrimage is among events being organised by the Parish of Traprain for Easter weekend.
This evening (Friday), a Good Friday service is held at Stenton Parish Church at 7pm.
The Easter Sunday family service takes place at Prestonkirk Parish Church in East Linton at 11am, followed by an Easter egg hunt at the church grounds.
Egg rolling also takes place at Garleton Hills on Sunday at 8.30am, followed by breakfast at Athelstaneford Village Hall.
Meanwhile, there will be a sunrise pilgrimage up Traprain Law at 6am on Sunday, followed by breakfast at Allison Cargill House.
