A COUNTY man who sent sexualised and grossly offensive emails to his partner on Christmas Day has been warned of his future behaviour.
Ian McLeod sent the electronic communication to the woman from his home at Market Street in Musselburgh.
Edinburgh Sheriff Court was told that the emails were deemed to be grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character, and were sent on December 25, 2022.
McLeod, 55, admitted the offence during an appearance at Edinburgh Sheriff Court last Monday and was admonished.
