The body was found at Musselburgh Lagoons
A BODY was found in the water at Musselburgh Lagoons yesterday morning (Sunday).
Police are investigating after the body was found at about 10.55am yesterday.
A large police presence was seen at the area along with other members of the emergency services.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 10.55am on Sunday, police were called to a report of a body having been discovered in the water at Musselburgh Lagoons.
“Emergency services are in attendance and enquiries are continuing.”
