The hidden history of Wallyford will be uncovered at an event during East Lothian Archaeology & Heritage Fortnight.
Local historian and chairman of Wallyford Community Council, Alister Hadden, will lead a guided tour of the village from 10am to noon on Saturday.
From Wallyford’s historic industries of mining and brickworks to famous footballers and authors, Mr Hadden will take participants on a journey back through time.
The tour is free and no booking is required.
Meet at the Wallyford Mining Memorial Stone located at St Clements housing estate just off Salters Road.
