A GANG of thieves are being hunted by police after stealing hundreds of pounds after targeting premises in Dunbar.
Two businesses on Spott Road were broken into between 5pm on Friday, August 17, and 8am on Saturday, August 18.
A three-figure sum of money was stolen from the first, but nothing taken from the second.
The thieves were not able to gain access to the third property.
Sergeant Scott Nicolson of Haddington Police Station said: "We believe the same individuals are responsible and we would urge anyone who remembers seeing any suspicious activity around Spott Road on Friday evening or Saturday morning to contact police immediately."
Anyone with information is urged to call 101, and quote incident numbers 1131, 1313 or 2312.
