A MUSSELBURGH woman who stole a bag and cash from an unlocked vehicle has been ordered to be of good behaviour.
Michelle Luby took the bag, a quantity of money and a set of keys from the unsecured vehicle which was parked at St Clement’s Gardens North, Wallyford on February 2.
Luby, of Moir Avenue, admitted the theft when she appeared in the dock at Edinburgh Sheriff Court.
Sentence was deferred to September for her to be of good behaviour.
