A THREE-VEHICLE accident saw the Edinburgh City Bypass closed for more than an hour this morning (Monday).
The accident happened between Millerhill and the Sherriffhall Roundabout shortly before 9am this morning.
Initially, both lanes were closed, but one re-opened just after 9.30am.
And Traffic Scotland confirmed that both lanes were clear shortly before 11am.

Delays of up to an hour had been reported, and traffic in the affected area is still likely to be very heavy, so the area is worth avoiding if possible.
