SANTA and his elves were at Preston Lodge Rugby Club, Prestonpans, to meet and greet people as they welcomed their first Grotto.
Up to 60 youngsters had the chance to visit Santa and take part in craft sessions with his helpers.
The club said Santa’s first stop-off had been a huge succcess.
They said: “Many volunteers worked hard to create a magical grotto and run the event. There were lots of smiles and plenty laughter.
“Preston Lodge RFC would like to thank everyone who came along. A special thanks must go to our club volunteers, without whom this amazing experience could not have happened.”
