Storm Ophelia failed to put these brave watersports fans off as they took to the Firth of Forth for some kitesurfing.
The team from Skymonster Watersports headed out into the water at Longniddry Bents as the remnants of the storm whipped up the waves.
And they captured some stunning images as they took to the sky and battled the waves in spectacular style, on Tuesday.
As they said afterwards "A bit gusty, but sweet morning session thanks to Storm Ophelia".
