POLICE and paramedics are at the scene of a car crash on the A1 just outside Haddington.
One vehicle was involved in the accident which happened shortly after 12.35pm today.
Witnesses reported the car appeared to strike the central reservation before swerving into of the dual carriageway as it was being driven east towards the Haddington's Oak Tree junction.
Paramedics were called and the male driver received treatment at the scene.
Police remain onsite as they wait for the vehicle to be uplifted, while the road remains open.
