HADDINGTON Athletic have appointed Davie McGlynn as their new manager.
The former Musselburgh Athletic boss takes over from Brian Johnston, who took on the role at the start of this season.
Johnston has not left the club, though, and will take on a role which will see him "liaise with the management."
Forty-two-year-old McGlynn, who managed Bonnyrigg Rose and Linlithgow Rose after ending his near-decade long spell at Olive Bank, has been helping out at the Millfield club in recent weeks.
He will take charge of his first match when the Hi Hi welcome Whitburn Juniors tomorrow (Saturday).
A statement on the club's Facebook page confirmed McGlynn's appointment, and thanked Johnston for his work this season.
