A FULL anti-social behaviour order (ASBO) has been granted against Michelle Bathgate, of Haddington, following an application to the court by East Lothian Council.
The court was presented with details of the alleged anti-social behaviour of Ms Bathgate, of Florabank Road, which included excessive noise and disturbance late at night and early in the morning.
The terms of the ASBO prohibit Ms Bathgate, 45, from behaving in a way that causes or is likely to cause alarm or distress to others, and include shouting and swearing in and around the property.
A council spokeswoman said: “The ASBO served on Ms Bathgate applies for 24 months and reflects the seriousness of her continued actions, which have disturbed and distressed others within the community.
"East Lothian Council has strong anti-social behaviour policies in place to deal with actions that have negative effects on others and will continue to pursue legal options when considered appropriate.”
