AN EAST LOTHIAN Junior footballer has been jailed for his part in the violence at the end of May's Scottish Cup final at Hampden.
Rangers fan Craig Wojtowycz, who this season played for Haddington Athletic, was jailed for four months at Glasgow Sheriff Court yesterday (Thursday).
He pleaded guilty to assaulting a Hibernian supporter on the pitch after the final whistle.
The Tranent 24-year-old, who joined the Hi Hi in the summer after winning the South Division with Tranent Juniors last season, has also been given a two-year ban from all football matches.
