Kelly appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court
A PRESTONPANS man will be sentenced next month after admitting to a charge involving indecent images of children.
Derek Kelly, 41, was due to stand trial at Edinburgh Sheriff Court last week after previously pleading not guilty to three charges.
But when the case called last Wednesday, the court was told that Kelly was admitting to one amended charge of taking, or allowing to be taken, indecent photographs of children between August 1 and 31, 2014.
Kelly was told to return to court for sentencing on August 15.
