A BURST water main is causing disruption to the water supply in Humbie.
Said a Scottish Water statement: "Customers here may experience loss of water supply, low pressure, and discoloured water.
"A squad is on site to carry out the necessary repairs and will restore supplies as soon as possible."
Meanwhile, residents in Port Seton who have been experiencing 'cloudy' tap water in the last 24 hours have been urged by Scottish Water to continue to use the supply as normal.
The company says that "air trapped in the supply" has caused the problem but it will improve in a "couple of days".
