NORTH Berwick Rotary Club members have made a poignant presentation.
They welcomed Pam Dalgleish, mum of inspirational fundraiser Rebecca, to their meeting as she proudly accepted a Rotary club certificate of achievement awarded to her late daughter.
Rebecca, 18, from Kingston, lost her battle with cancer in early December after being diagnosed with a Malignant Peripheral Nerve Sheath Tumour in summer 2014.
A spokesperson for North Berwick Rotary Club said: “Readers will be aware of the strong connection the club had with Rebecca – she was an inspiration to everyone who met her.
“She raised a sum of money for CHAS which now exceeds £67,000.
“That speaks volumes about how well she was loved and respected by all those who knew her.”
