A 43-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a series of alleged fire-raising incidents in Dunbar.
Police Scotland said the man was charged in relation to four incidents in the town over the last three months.
He is expected to appear in Edinburgh Sheriff Court later today (Friday).
Detective Inspector Steven Bertram said: “Fire-raising is a dangerous and destructive crime which can lead to the loss of life.
“The public should not accept fire-raising in the local community and anyone who witnesses fire-raising should report it immediately.”
