THE countdown has begun for 11-year-olds Kayla Thomson and Liam Storrie, who are set to take star roles in Prestonpans Children’s Gala.
Rehearsals are underway with the big day only five weeks away when Kayla, a pupil at Prestonpans Primary School, will be crowned as gala queen, with her escort Liam, who attends St Gabriel’s Primary School, alongside.
