GULLANE Area Community Council is hosting a public meeting in the Scout Hall to discuss East Lothian Council’s Main Issues Report (MIR).

The local authority’s document, which stretches to more than 1,000 pages, is looking at issues such as housing and employment across the county.

More than 10,000 homes are planned for the county over the next decade.

Gullane and West Fenton residents are invited to attend the meeting, which starts at 6.30pm, to find out how the proposals could impact upon them.
