NORTH Berwick golfer, Catriona Matthew was off to France this week to compete in the Evian Masters.
Matthew is the only Scot in the £166,000 tournament of 78 competitors, which is the world’s second biggest competition in women’s golf.
The almost five-months pregnant star qualified through her top 20 finish at the US Open which helped her to number 32 in the world rankings.
Matthew hasn’t done well in the past in France, but there is no halfway cut at the event so players are guaranteed all four rounds.
