FRASER Sir William (Kerr) (Gifford) On 12th September, 2018, Kerr Fraser, devoted husband of the late Marion, loved and loving father of Graham, Andrew, Lindsey and Douglas and grandfather of Alasdair, Colum, Robert, Roseanne, Patrick and Moray. There will be a Thanksgiving Service at the University of Glasgow at 11am on Saturday 24th November.
